Drop-off and pickup are scheduled as a 1-hour window. Windows are subject to change based on route availability and are not a guaranteed exact-time delivery.

Bookings require at least 6 hours' notice. If you need delivery sooner than that, please call or email us (352-744-6039) to set up a custom delivery time.

I have read and agree to the full Tote Rental Agreement, including equipment responsibility, damage/replacement costs, late-return fees, cancellation policy, and liability terms.In short: totes will only be used in a non-smoking home, and I'm responsible for any damage to the totes, which will be charged to the card on file.
